How realistic are your faux flowers?

Our flowers are designed to look and feel as close to real flowers as possible. We use high-quality materials and pay attention to every detail—from the texture of the petals to the richness of the colours—so you can enjoy lifelike beauty in every arrangement.

Occasionally we may substitute flowers or foliage due to stock availability. We hand make all our arrangements so they may differ slightly from the images on the website but we assure you they will still be as beautiful.

How do I care for my faux flowers?

Faux flowers require minimal care. Simply wave a hair dryer on the coolest setting over the flowers to lift the dust from them.

To remove any marks, use a baby wipe or a clean damp cloth.

Avoid placing them in direct sunlight to prevent colours from fading.

Can I return my flowers if I’m not happy with them?

We hope that you love your flowers as much as we do. As we make to order our products are not returnable.

If your order is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number, name, photos and a description and we will work with you to solve the issue.

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel your order.

How long do your flowers last?

Our flowers are designed to last for years, with proper care. Unlike fresh flowers, they won’t wilt or die, giving you long-lasting beauty in your space.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $150.00 in Australia

For orders $150 and under a flat rate shipping cost of $10 applies in Australia

We use Australia Post for our deliveries.

Dispatch from our warehouse can take up to 7 business days during busy periods. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will work with you to deliver them as soon as we can.
